Position: BIM Engineer - Structure
Location: Gurugram
Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Civil Engineering
Experience Required: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage BIM models for structural components using software such as Revit.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate structural designs into the overall BIM project model.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of structural models and associated documentation.
• Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to structural elements.
• Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies.
• Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

Skills Required:

• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design codes.
• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in structural modeling and detailing.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the structural discipline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to perform quality checks on BIM models and associated documentation.
