Position: BIM Engineer - HVAC
Location: Gurugram, Chennai
Qualification Required: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering
Experience Required: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed BIM models for HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, and equipment.
• Collaborate with architects and other engineering disciplines to integrate HVAC designs into the overall BIM project model.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of HVAC models and associated documentation.
• Perform clash detection and resolve clashes related to HVAC elements.
• Generate construction documents and support the creation of as-built documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and methodologies related to HVAC systems.
• Follow company/project BIM standards, templates, and best practices.
• Assist in quality control processes and provide guidance to junior team members, if applicable.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in BIM software, such as Revit, with expertise in HVAC system modeling and detailing.
• Strong understanding of HVAC engineering principles and design standards.
• Knowledge of BIM standards and best practices in the HVAC discipline.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control.
