STENTON TRUST BUILDING

The BIM Engineers delivered Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the STENTON TRUST BUILDING, a hotel project located in the United States. The project involved converting point cloud data into a comprehensive 3D BIM model to accurately capture and analyze the existing conditions of the building. This as-built BIM model supports better understanding, coordination, and future facility management.

The BIM workflow focused on processing 3D scan data and developing a detailed Revit model at LOD 350. Advanced BIM/VDC methodologies were applied to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and consistency throughout the modeling process. The use of specialized software streamlined data handling and improved overall productivity.
