OXFORD COUTRS CONDOMINIUM

The BIM Engineers delivered Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the Oxford Courts Condominium, a commercial building located in the United States. The project focused on converting the existing point cloud data into a detailed 3D BIM model. This as-built BIM model was developed to accurately analyze and document the existing conditions of the building, supporting better planning, coordination, and future facility management.

The BIM process streamlined the transformation of point cloud data into a precise Revit-based model. Advanced BIM/VDC workflows ensured accuracy, consistency, and efficiency while minimizing manual effort. The resulting model serves as a reliable digital representation of the building at LOD 350, enabling effective visualization and data extraction.
