ACTS GRANITE FARMS

The BIM Engineers delivered Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for ACTS Granite Farms located in the United States. The project involved converting point cloud data into an accurate 3D BIM model to capture the existing conditions of the facility. The as-built BIM model enabled stakeholders to clearly analyze the current state of the building, supporting informed decision-making for future renovations and facility planning.

The BIM conversion process streamlined the interpretation of point cloud data by transforming it into an intelligent Revit model. This approach minimized manual modeling effort, improved accuracy, and ensured consistency across all building elements. The workflow enhanced coordination and provided a reliable digital representation of the facility.
