In Maastricht, The BIM Engineers was commissioned to Model the mechanical electrical and plumbing for 10 luxury ground-level homes with an "Overhoekse" residential quality. The neighborhood lies within the master plan "De Groene Loper". The design borrows elements from two fine references: The White Village in Eindhoven by architect W.M. Dudok and Amsterdam South by H.P. Berlage. The neighborhoods stand out for their timelessness. They are still desirable after a century. The BIM Engineers ensured the models with great care.
