The BIM Engineers delivered LOD 400 BIM modeling services for the Riyadh Metro project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, covering architectural, civil, and MEPF elements, including multidisciplinary coordination and construction documentation.

• Developed coordinated architectural, civil, and MEPF BIM models.
• Supported architectural and civil design development with MEPF coordination.
• Prepared BOQs and assigned IFC parameters for project requirements.
• Produced construction drawing sets from coordinated, clash-resolved BIM models.
