Qatar Rail / Doha Metro

The BIM Engineers delivered LOD 400 BIM modelling and coordination services for the Qatar Rail / Doha Metro project in Doha, Qatar, covering ASMEP services and multidisciplinary coordination to support construction documentation and project delivery.

TBE – Value Addition:

• Developed and coordinated BIM models for ASMEP services.
• Prepared Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and assigned IFC parameters.
• Delivered multiple drawing sets, including ISD, CSD, and SEM, at subsequent project stages.
• Provided onsite BIM support during the construction phase.
