LOON BROOK RD is a residential building project located in the United States. The BIM Engineers provided Building Information Modeling (BIM) services for the project, focusing on partial architectural modelling and documentation. The BIM process supported accurate design development and coordination, enabling a well-structured digital model that enhanced overall project efficiency and documentation quality.

The scope of work included developing the architectural BIM model up to LOD 350, ensuring that model elements carried the required level of detail and information for design coordination and documentation. Advanced BIM tools were used to streamline workflows, improve accuracy, and support collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
