King Abdullah International Gardens

The BIM Engineers developed LOD 300 BIM models for the King Abdullah International Gardens (KAIG) project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, using CAD drawings as the source. The scope covered architecture, landscape, structure, and MEPF disciplines, with multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection to improve model accuracy and design integration across the large-scale botanical garden development.

TBE – Value Addition:

  • Development of LOD 300 BIM models from CAD drawings.
  • Modeling of architectural, landscape, structural, and MEPF elements.
  • Conversion and coordination of multidisciplinary CAD information into BIM models.
