The BIM Engineers delivered BIM modelling and coordination services for the Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) DCPD03 Phase IV project in Delhi, India, covering ASMEP services for the elevated Rithala–Bawana–Narela corridor, including clash detection, BOQ extraction, and construction-ready model development.

TBE – Value Addition:

• Developed ASMEP BIM models based on the latest design drawings.
• Performed clash detection, resolution, and closure to support multidisciplinary coordination.
• Extracted Bills of Quantities (BOQ) from the BIM models.
• Developed detailed design models and LOD 400 construction-ready models.
• Prepared CAD/PDF drawing deliverables and supported regular BIM presentations.
